INSPECT FRONT SUSPENSION
TECHNICIAN NOTE
The tie rod is a part of the steering mechanism in a vehicle. A tie rod consists of an inner and outer end. The tie rod transmits force from the steering center link or rack gear to the steering knuckle. This will cause the wheel to turn. The outer tie rod end connects with an adjusting sleeve, which allows the length of the tie rod to be adjustable. This adjustment is used to set a vehicle’s alignment angle. Tie rod ends should be regularly inspected with each oil change service, by a qualified technician. They are a wearing part of the steering and suspension system of your vehicle. As tie rod ends wear, they can become loose and can develop excessive slack, or play, which can be felt in the steering and handling of the vehicle. Bad tie rod ends can negatively impact a vehicle’s front end alignment and lead to excessive tire wear and front suspension problems. Tie rod ends are critical to maintaining proper vehicle front suspension alignment.
RECOMMENDATION
During our inspection we noticed that the left outer tie rod end is very loose, recommend replace and align immediately! Steering components are critical to a vehicle 's safety. A broken tie rod will cause loss of steering!

PERFORM BATTERY TEST
TECHNICIAN NOTE
The charging system includes the alternator, voltage regulator which is often a part of the alternator itself), the battery, and the indicator gauge or warning light on the dash. The charging system's job is to generate enough current to keep the battery fully charged, and to satisfy the demands of the ignition and electrical systems. The voltage regulator senses the demands on the electrical system, and controls alternator output so sufficient current is produced. A loose V-belt, or a defective alternator or voltage regulator can cause the dash warning light to glow red (or the amp gauge to show and steady discharge). If the problem isn't corrected, the battery will run down and eventually go dead.
RECOMMENDATION
During our inspection we found that the battery failed a performance test. A dead battery will cause an engine not to start and leave you stranded. Recommend replacing battery immediately to prevent any inconvenience.
