Steering rack is leaking, steering rack bushing is falling out, upper control arm bushings are dry-rotted and the shock bushings and lower Mount are dry-rotted and loose. Technician can feel the steering shaft couplers slightly binding when turning. Technician was unable to duplicate power steering issues at this time. Does the power assist go away when the vehicle is left cold overnight or when hot?
RECOMMENDATION
Replace steering rack, upper control arms and front shocks. Replace steering shaft coupler assembly
